We were tasked with building a user-friendly, reliable and performant browser extension that could record students performing remote assessments in order to meet academic integrity requirements. We created a platform that was effectively equipped to handle the pressures of exam periods, ultimately serving students and educators alike with a dependable and efficient assessment solution.

Remote Labs

We created a system to integrate with Microsoft Azure to automatically manage machines with pre-installed specially licensed software. Bookings could be made in advanced by a dedicated web portal which also acts as a remote desktop client. Given the labs are started and stopped automatically, operational costs have been reduced significantly in accordance with the usage-based billing model of cloud hosting.
